RESERVATIONS
- 
      
      We are open Monday to Wednesday from 7.30am - 01.00am, Thursday & Friday 7.30am - 03.00am, Saturday 11.00am - 03.00am & Sunday 11.00am until midnight. Last orders from our full à la carte menu is until 11.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9.30pm on Sundays. Reservations made after last order timings can dine from our late night menu.

      We recommend all our guests to reserve a table. You can reserve a table through our website here or by calling our reservations team on 020 7225 2502. Our reservations lines are open Monday to Tuesday 9am - 6pm, Wednesday to Friday 9am - 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am - 6pm.

      We do not offer a wait list, however our reservations page on our website displays our live availability if we receive any cancellations.

      We always recommend reserving a table beforehand to avoid disappointment. We are only able to accommodate walk-ins if we have a last minute cancellation or no show. Otherwise, we do not usually hold tables for walk-ins. 
- 
      
      Due to a high demand, all tables have a time limit which varies according to the group size. When you make a reservation, the reservation confirmation states the time allocation you will have on your table. 
- 
      
      We understand that plans can change; however, we kindly request guests with reservations of up to 4 people to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, and for groups of 5 or more, at least 48 hours prior. Otherwise, a £45 per person cancellation or no-show fee may apply. Events and private dining cancellation fees and charges may differ.

      Yes, we have a large rooftop terrace with a bar, lounge tables and dining, which can be requested through our reservations page.

      We enforce a smart-casual dress code. Smart trainers are allowed, but gym/sportswear, caps, and flip-flops are not permitted at any time. Dress shorts are permitted during breakfast and lunch until 4 pm. Final discretion is at the door.

      Yes, children are welcome in the main dining rooms, however, under 21’s are not permitted in our lounge and bar.

      Yes, we have two elevators to the 9th floor and are fully wheelchair accessible. Kindly inform us during booking so we can reserve a suitable area for your dining experience.

      Our nearest underground tube station is Liverpool Street, conveniently located on the Elizabeth, Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines.

      Our nearest taxi rank is located at Liverpool Street Station. Taxi drop offs can be made at the corner of Liverpool Street and Old Broad Street, with a short walking distance to our location at 100 Liverpool Street.

      We do not have any direct parking facilities, however there is parking located at Bishopsgate Parking which is a 7-minute walk away. 
Dining

      Within our dining a la carte menu, we offer a 10-course tasting menu for £105 per person, shared between two guests. A vegan 10-course tasting menu is also available. For large group bookings, we have a selection of set menus to choose from. Please speak to our Events team for further information.

      All dishes are made without gluten, nuts & celery. If you have allergies or any dietary requirements, please speak to the team prior to ordering. Please note, soy and sesame are widely used in our kitchen, therefor cross-contamination may occur. For a list of allergens for each dish, please view here.

      We do not have halal or kosher food options however we do have a great variety of vegan and fish options. 
- 
      
      As we are a nut and gluten free restaurant, we cannot allow cakes from outside the restaurant. However, our in-house pastry chef can offer a selection of cakes for guests to choose from, which must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance. We provide candles as well as a bespoke message on the cake.

      We offer a great selection of desserts from our a la carte menu, along with bespoke custom-made cakes that require at least 48 hours' notice before your reservation. Candles and a personalized birthday message are available upon request.

      We do not have a corkage policy.

      We have two bar areas within the restaurant, where you can enjoy a drink before or after your meal. Both bar areas are available on a first come first serve basis.

      We have resident DJs playing in our bar and lounge during the evening from Monday to Friday, 5.00pm until close and on Saturdays from 1pm until close.

      We do not have a smoking area within our restaurant.

      We do not accept cash, however, we do accept all forms of card payment except for Diners.
